Seat Endowments – Performing Arts Center

Support the Arts Council!

Show your dedication to the performing arts and to Carlmont High School with a purchase of a theatre seat plaque endowment! With many seats left to choose from, your purchase of a seat endowment allows you to honor your student, your family, a loved one or your organization. Plaques will be mounted on seat arms in the Performing Arts Center. Placement will be at the discretion of the theater manager.

Fill in the form below to indicate how you would like your seat plaque to read, and make payment via CAC’s secure link.  Your seat will display the name of your choosing (2 lines of 32 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation) on an engraved placard placed on the chair’s armrest. Your name(s) will be listed as you indicate below.

FAQs – Seat Endowment

Q: Can I choose which my seat plaque is placed on?
A:  Yes, you can select among the available open seats.  If the desired seat is not available, our Seat Endowment Chairperson will work with you to find another available seat of your choosing.
Q: How long will it take to have my seat endowment plaque installed after I place my order?
A:  Beginning with the 2017-2018 school year, seat plaques will be installed generally within 2 months of making the donation.
Q: My employer will match my donation, what do I need to do to apply for the matching donation?
A:  Please email cac.tiles@gmail.com and our Communications Chairperson will provide you instructions.
Q: Whom can I contact if I have questions regarding my seat endowment purchase?

A:  Please email tiles@carlmontacademicfoundation.org with any questions you have.

The Carlmont Arts Council (under the umbrella of CAF) funds the maintenance and improvements to the Carlmont Performing Arts Center.
