Carlmont e-Commerce Cart Manager Job Description
· Works with stakeholders to prepare and maintain items available for sale on the e-commerce “Cart”. Includes updating existing cart items like PE clothes, donations to CAF and Boosters organizations with price, availability, and description. Occasionally creates new short term sale items as needed for events or projects.
· Maintains automated reports modifying start/end dates and recipients as needed. Prepares ad-hoc reports when necessary for reconciliation and other purposes (most reports are already created and only need date ranges modified).
· Occasionally performs transaction refund journal entries in coordination with PTSA finance representative.
· Time commitment: Up to 8 hrs/week during cart open/close in the fall and in the spring, otherwise less than 1hr/week.
The current e-Commerce Cart Manager will be keeping this job until the end of the 2015-16 school year. We are looking for a volunteer to shadow him for this year and take over the job next year.
