Back to School Night – Support Carlmont High School through CAF!
Aug 29, 2014
Did you make it in time to all of your student’s classes at Back to School Night? Last night was a great way to meet the teachers and hear about the challenging classes that are offered at Carlmont High School.
During 4th period, Principal Gleaton discussed the importance of donating to the Carlmont Academic Foundation and how support of CAF benefits all Carlmont students.
You also received this flyerfrom your student’s 4th period teacher. The teachers and administrators realize that a strong foundation at Carlmont is needed to maintain and expand programs for your student. To build a strong foundation and reach our goal of $500,000, CAF asks for your financial investment. CAF’s suggested tax-deductible donation is $1,000 per student. Please know that every gift counts and all donations are valued.
I also want to invite you to join me at the 1st annual CAF Bagpiper Bash on Sunday, September 21st from 5 – 9 pm. This fundraising dinner party at Mistral Restaurant promises to be an evening to remember. There will be great food including Mistral’s famous paella, “bash-worthy” cocktails, wine, and beer. Additionally, the 515 Band will be moving and grooving. Tickets are $150 per person and can be purchased online.
We look forward to a great year at Carlmont. Enjoy the school year and see you at the Bash!
